Located in the Casa Flores community, this two-storey, four-bedroom townhouse was upgraded with a modern interior direction enriched by subtle African-inspired character. The design balances contemporary comfort with warm textures, earthy tones, crafted details, and natural materials to create a home that feels refined, grounded, and personal.
The renovation focused on giving the townhouse a fresh, elegant identity while maintaining a welcoming residential atmosphere. Layered finishes, tactile surfaces, and carefully selected accents bring depth and cultural warmth to the interiors without overpowering the clean modern aesthetic.
The spatial layout balances privacy and openness, offering areas for rest, work, and social interaction within a unified architectural language. Warm natural finishes, soft filtered light, and crafted details evoke a sense of place rooted in Sudan’s landscape and heritage, while the clean lines and integrated technology reflect the progressive spirit of the nation’s telecom industry.
