A Design – build Project for an upscale VIP lounge, at Khartoum international airport, to host business travelers &
distinguished guests. The interior design and fit out selection were based on representation of the modern telecom
industry with cultural references to Sudan.
Zain Flagship Tower
Two alternative concepts for a 2B+G+M+11 floors of a flagship store and corporate office for the use of Zain telecom company. The first option represented communication in a dynamic form & the second option represented protection

Al Khaleej Plaza Complex Project
Competition entry finalist for architectural design, engineering services, interior design and feasibility study. A complex, mixed use building to host Alkhaleej bank headquarters, a five star hotel and serviced apartments over a retail podium. The design represents a welcoming destination to travellers as they exit from Khartoum international airport.
Zahra Storage Facility Project
Adaptive reuse of fourteen 40 foot containers to host administrative office, storage spaces and service facility for Zahra farm operations.

Architectural design and interior conversion and addition works of an existing building to be transformed into a
unique flagship store for Zain telecom.

building, with a luxurious theme in both the interior and the exterior.
