Airport VIP Lounge

A Design – build Project for an upscale VIP lounge, at Khartoum international airport, to host business travelers &
distinguished guests. The interior design and fit out selection were based on representation of the modern telecom
industry with cultural references to Sudan.

The Barn House

A private single family residence on 2,500 m² plot within a 47,000 m² farm facing the blue Nile. The residence features single story layout, seamless entry and circulation and exceptionally high ceilings.

Zain Flagship Store

Architectural design and interior conversion and addition works of an existing building to be transformed into a
unique flagship store for Zain telecom.

Sutrack Office

Rehabilitation and upgrade of the interior space of Sutrac / Caterpillar customers area to emphasize the corporate
identity and to improve the work efficiency within the space.

Delta Pack HQ

A design Build Project for Adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse utilizing recycling of natural materials to form a
productive team work environment and to provide a visual link between open offices and enclosed spaces.

Ozone Cafe Rehabilitation

Design Build project for adaptive reuse of three standard 20 foot and 40 foot containers to host meeting room,
operations offices, staff services and outdoor break area.

Ozone 2 Cafe & Food Market

A mixed use commercial – residential building with 2b + G + M +9 floors to host commercial outlets on the lower
levels, typical apartments on the 1 to 7 floors and a private duplex apartment on the penthouse level.

Impact Hub Khartoum

A Design-Build project of a modern, Industrial inspired co-working space, to the international requirements of the
Franchise, With unique freedom to the users to divide and use the space In multiple configurations.
